It’s been a privilege to partner with them, bring what I’m best at (sales) and share insights to hopefully grow both our companies.

They’ve been open to let me pursue what I’ve been pursuing while at the same time making me feel part of their team.

So, this post is going to be about the pros and cons of the CMS platforms I use in an effort to help us make good decisions about our own custom CMS in the future.

It won’t be very well organized but hopefully will be helpful to help us “see” what we can do better, different, or more of.

What do the clients want?

  • Have we asked them?
  • Do we care?
  • If we ask them, will they tell us?
  • What will we do with their feedback?
  • Will we use it to improve?
  • Will we use it to up-sell them?
  • What opportunities for more income will improving our CMS bring?
